The Women's and Men's Perpetual Trophies are presented each year at the annual State Levels Championships. Scores are compiled from all competitions each athlete in the state has competed in and are put together for the final score. The athlete with the highest score is the winner of the trophy and the top 8 are also acknowledged.

There are five perpetual trophies: Womens Individual Trampoline, Men's Individual Trampoline, Women's Double Mini Trampoline, Men's Double Mini Trampoline and Synchronised Trampoline which is mixed.

In 2007 both men's awards were won by Jack Penny (LPCYC) and both women's awards were won by Natalie Skinner (JJTC). The Synchronised Trophy was won by Isabella Kerr and Natalie Skinner (JJTC).
